The sushi was very yummy and the pricing was great! For 3 sushi rolls it only cost $12 with the lunch special. The one down side was the place was a little small and very cramped.

Came here with friends while at a conference in Boston. I don't usually like sushi but I was able to find some on the menu that I did. Good selection, everyone liked their food. The restaurant is a little small so wouldn't recommend for large groups.

Got delivery. Food was good but service wasn't great. One item was missing altogether from our order. Everything else was in leaking containers, the entire delivery bag was soaked. Call to complain, they offered 10% off the next order. Will there be a next order? It isn't clear. The sushi sashimi combo is good. The shumai is very good. The... More

The salmon was SO GOOD! So was the miso soup, and their ginger dressing. But the shrimp was freezer burned, the yellowtail was old, and the chicken was chewy. The curry tasted like the package brand you buy from oriental markets. It was affordable, but not worth the dinner price. Go for lunch.

The ordered Grilled Whole Squid and Maki Combo were served quickly. Unfortunately, the overall service was a bit unmotivated. However, the sushi was excellent - very fresh and extremely tender. This rather small restaurant with a Sushi Bar offers “Lunch Specials” (Sushi, Miso Soup and Salad) all throughout the day.

Great lunch specials which include misu soup, salad, and choice of 2 ot 3 Maki rolls for around $10.00 or less. Friendly quick service, consistently good. Definitely recommend.

My coworkers and I order sushi from Irashai regularly and they deliver to our office for a small fee of $2. It is absolutely the best sushi (delivery) in Boston. I've never eaten in the restaurant, but from what others have told me, it's a "hole in the wall." Regardless, you couldn't ask for better sushi around town!

We expected good sushi with great service (as we usually encounter in the US) and got great sushi with merely good service. The place is nothing special, but the sushi creations are really good and reasonably priced. For us it was just fine for a quick, casual dinner, but I can understand that locals prefer it for takeout or delivery.... More

Went in for lunch after a nice walk in the Boston Common. The restaurant is cosy and the staff friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, extremely fresh and tasty. Had the Spider roll and the Rainbow roll. The soft shell crab in the Spider roll was warm, crunchy and delicious, and absolutely worth the $10. Great value for money.... More

We found the restaurant on my Garmin GPS and it stunned us. Simple outside, just south of true China town where we were offered pigs intestines and tongue, this place had a western Chinese feel, nice decor and THE BEST SALMON SUSHI I have ever had! Great prices and wonderful Sushi, service, decor etc. would make this a return here... More
