If you have not had the Italiano, you are definitely missing out. It's the perfect blend of Italian meat, cheese, olive oil and family love. I can't wait to visit this place again.

Wow-small but mighty! This store has cheese, meats, olive oils, vinegars, biscotti, coffee, cookies, olives, breads....there is SO much more!! This was a stop on the North End food tour with Janet. Janet brought us here and gave us some history on it as well....I was lost in this store exploring all these beautiful Italian products. I even found great cappuccino cups! I can't wait to come here again and again. Visit this store with wonderful items and wonderful people. Better yet, do the North end food tour with Janet!!More

Stopped here on a food tour; walked in to check out "Boston's Best Italian Grocery". Places like this make me smile... until the old man at the counter barked at me, "NO PICTURE!". I apologized and promptly left. The muffuletta was very similar those I've...had in N'Awlins... and I learned I still don't like olives.More

Located a couple of minutes walk from the Paul Revere House, this Italian institution stocks the best of olive oils, vinegars, pastas, and other specialty products. Service is excellent where the knowledgeable staff has taste-tested their food offerings and gives you great recommendations. Yup, quality,...freshness, and authenticity rule here. If you can't come to their retail store in Boston, check out their website which allows you to browse through their store, select what you want, and quickly and easily place an order . I have used that service several times and can attest to the extra care they provide in making sure your order gets to you quickly and safely.More

Can’t go to The North End without visiting this local Italian culinary institution! Classic salumeria. Love their big round mortadella, thinly sliced...this time both the pistachio variety, and a black truffle one. Perfect! Buffala Mozz; olive oil; olives.....couldn’t wait to get home and break out...a bottle of vino with this salumi and cheese assortment!More

Great little shop. Friendly owners and excellent products. If I lived in Boston, I would shop there every week. I am already planning a trip back just so I can shop again!

The staff is amazing! I'm lucky enough to be shopping at Salumeria Italiana. Their meats and other products are first class with a large selection. If you need to stock your pantry...go here.. Everyone there was very helpful with suggestions. Great service!!

It’s not a restaurant but you can go and pick up grinders. In the warm months you can eat in the park

It’s more of a store to get sandwiches than a restaurant. However if you want lunch I recommend many of the restaurants around there except Bella Vista. Bricco, Dolce Vita, Panza, Villa Francesca, and Pagliuca’s are all... More
