Really cannot think the stuff enough for their timely and attentive service to a pretty large group of about 25. Well done with that. The food - I don't think it was on par with the better meals we've had in Boston but it also wasn't horrible.

So after an awful hotel experience I cut my trip short and decided to stop in here for some crabcakes. There was zero parking. Not even a garage if I was willing to pay $20 hourly. So I had to do takeout and run back to my idling car before a cop showed up. Crab dip...superb. Crab cakes delicious. But... More

What a great Resto, there Crab cake is to die for, very friendly, our host and waiter Brandon was incredible, he knew his menu, made good suggestions for us. My only complaint the Resto close too early. We wanted to order more lobsters and it was only 9 pm and the kitchen close. They said in summer they r open... More

Visited with some friends and the environment was great. Large picnic tables to sit at, and normally would be open air but closed in with heaters for the winter. Location is right on the water so it is a prime spot. The seafood was delicious, I split a lobster and crab platter with my friend and it didn't take us... More

Had lunch at Barking Crab. Fire Grilled Lobster is very good and fresh. Hot Crab Dip is also a good starter. An easy walk from downtown or ride the Silver Line T and walk across the street. Have eaten dinner here before when in Boston and always a good meal.

We wanted crab or lobster in Boston and settled for this. It is a tent on the wharf but warm enough despite a windy day. Service was fast and standard American-style. I opted for a mac 'n cheese with lobster. It was heavy and filling and tasted OK. The so-called Christmas beer, yes in October, was not really pleasant.

This restaurant is definition of tourist trap. Food is awful and overpriced. The location is good , so its ok to stop by for a beer, or its a good place to bring loud children , just dont order very much food. I know its one of the few casual places to go around here, but just not worth it

We were recommended the Barking crab and were really looking forward to trying it out. The food was average and the service was uninterested. I think that there are many more enjoyable places to enjoy seafood in Boston.

A very cozy spot. The food was excellent! I recommend trying the lobster roll. Service on the other hand, mediocre. When we arrived, their picnic style table was dirty, our server hardly checked in and we had to ask for our waters to be refilled.
