Inside it is sort of tent like with draft and weather in there with you! Service is table but chip shop like. We asked for 2 local beers and received a winter or even Christmas brew which was very unpleasant! Whatever you order the plates look sort of the same?

Situated in the Boston Harbor. Held up by stilts. This is a place you want to go to for lunch. Full meals or oversize fish sandwiches for lunch. I had the salmon dinner (caught wild). My friends had shrimp and the salmon steak sandwich. Perfectly cooked in every way. Wonderful friendly service. Calamari as an appetizer was tender and delicious.Plenty... More

We've traveled the east coast before - and enjoyed fresh seafood and chowder - but had yet to try a traditional lobster roll. Several friends recommended the Barking Crab, so we thought we'd give it a try since it was walking distance from the Seaport Hotel. DELICIOUS! Our son had the crab, which was melt-in-your-mouth good. Our other son had... More

I think this will make my 5th trip here. Very casual family friendly Staff: always outstanding friendly and hard working. Prices calling what you would expect for a specialty sea food restaurant. Can get pricey but food is excellent and decent portions. Looking for a Boston experience, casual setting, and good food then look no further

We went here after a day of walking and hitting some pubs, an informal and fun setting on the water. I would go back here EVERY time I visit, the crab was great!

Harbor View is located next to Outlook Kitchen. I decided to try this place after my night at Outlook with my friend. Though I am a budget traveler, every now and then I treat myself to nice things. This is a waterfront building with open air tables with the harbor view dining. They serve sandwiches and market priced items but... More

I recently had lunch at the Barking Crab and it was delicious! We had the raw oysters, crab cakes (which were amazing), a lobster roll and a 3 lb lobster. It was one of the best meals we had in Boston! It is a little pricey but definitely worth the money. My only complaint is that I tried to make... More

Wonderful laid back restaurant. Quick service with good food. The hardest part is finding parking. LOVED the Lobster Mac/cheese and crabcake sliders.

Very expensive probably because of it's location. The food was just okay but there are probably better places to eat.

This restaurant is a very informal in the heart of seaport. I didn't like their chowder since I tasted onions in them and it was a little watery for me. I ordered the fisherman's platter and shared it with my wife and there was still some left at the end. They have pretty good fries too. This restaurant wasn't really... More
