We remembered this restaurant on Charles Street from our last trip to Boston in 1999 when we stayed on nearby Beacon Hill. I had thought at that time they were up there with the best pizzas I'd ever had. Would they still be? The answer was yes. Their motto was " never trust a round Pizza". They serve them on... More

When I'm in Boston this is one place where I'm used to stop for lunch or dinner. Pizza is good, and the place is always full.

Love this tiny spot on charming Charles street - the food is delicious. The pizza is what they're most known for... We have had salad with chicken, the chicken left a little to be desired as it was just a thin cutlet( never a fan of that). sitting at the bar is almost more enjoyable in my opinion, you get... My husband and I love the Fig & Olive in mid-town Manhattan. Figs (also by Todd English) is a more casual, pizza-focused joint tucked in a storefront on Charles St. not too far a walk from the Liberty Hotel or Charles St. T stop. I enjoyed a lovely glass of Prosecco (or 2) and split a flatbread/pizza and delicious peach... More

First time visiting Boston and the friends we were with said this was a must. They were right! We were fortunate that the 4 of us walking in were able to get seated during lunch hour. We probably ended up with the best seats in the house in the back where we were able to watch the guy make some... More

I was with a group in town for a wedding. After walking the freedom trail and Boston Commons we headed out to find a place to eat. We agreed on Figs and walked in and were seated immediately. We had a group of 7 people and a 2 year old. Once we were seated the whole place started to fill... More

Their motto to "never trust a round pizza" may be true! Their rectangular pies are thin and terrific, and you can try two different kinds by doing a half-and-half pizza. Spaghetti and meatballs were delicious but not overwhelming. The bread and salad were delicious. Reasonable prices. A find in a city of great restaurants

The pizzas are undeniably excellent. Personally i hate truffles, but for the people who love it, their mac&cheese with truffles is very good. The only reason i didn't give them a 5 is because of the manager and waiters attitude. I had the impression i was bothering them.
