Small, cozy, charming place up on the second floor, away from the Hanover Street hustle. Our salad, fish, and pasta were perfectly prepared. Service is very good. Reservation nearly always required. We'll definitely be back!

Aria Trattoria is hidden up on the 2nd floor of a building in the North End. The dining area is not big, and we were glad we had made a reservation. We shared a starter of their signature meat balls in tomato sauce. That was...More

We are city dwellers and have lots of great dining choices. The North End is such a lively, fun neighborhood but, despite hundreds of restaurants, few are outstanding in all the ways Aria excels. From the greeting and seating by the owner, to the very...More

This 2nd floor establishment is in the heart of Little Italy. The climb us the stairs is worth the effort. Our server was charming and very funny as he joked with other staff and our table. The food was fresh, seasonal, flavorful and delicious. There...More

Had the black mission figs filled with goat cheese wrapped in bacon (daily special). It was great. The Osso Bucco was also awesome as well as the ricotta cheese desert. A bit on the pricey side but worth it.

Excellent and attentive service with good wine list. Special was figs stuffed with goat cheese and wrapped in bacon/ yummy! Sizable portions; the risotto was so good! Delicious dessert to end with espresso and we rolled out the door.

We had a delightful evening at Aria! Very good food, excellent service, good wine list, intimate setting. The only thing that detracted a bit is that it can be rather noisy due to the small space and the hard surfaces like brick walls. The menu...More

My friend and I ate at Aria after it had been recommended. Although it's cozy, it's not a spaghetti and meatball kind of place, it's more high-end in preparation, presentation and menu. I can't say enough about the Mushroom/Oyster ravioli's, with mushrooms, escarole and ribbons...More

5 of us made a reservation online. They set up a great table by the window for us. When we arrived, the owner greeted us and welcomed us to his home. It is a very small restaurant and definitely has the feeling of being someone's...More
