Can't say anything but good for this ristorante. A great wine list. It's in the heart of Boston's North end. Parking is a bit difficult..... no on street but there are local garages.

I have visited Ristorante Saraceno a number of times. They have always provided excellent meals for me and my guests. I love their baby octopus -- unique and flavorful. Their veal saltimboca is another fabulous option. Though maybe to "ordinary" for me, My daughter thinks their fettucine bolognese is incredible. This place can place any palate at a great price.... Saraceno serves classic Italian food and offers a more personal setting than some of the neighboring Hanover St. restaurants. Good food, good service and good value.

We selected the restaurant because of a SkyMiles Dining email & we were going to be in town for the Boston Pops. Even at 6 PM on a Tuesday it was already busy & full shortly after. I had already decided on Eggplant Parm which I had not eaten in about 5 years and wanted "comfort food" - decent size... More

The veal was quite good, service pleasing, cute place with some atmosphere. A good choice for a nice lunch as most of the other more upscale restaurants were not open for lunch. All in all, satisfied that we tried this one.

In looking at the reviews the theme seemed to be that the food was quite good but the reservation process was flawed (a reservation did not necessarily guarantee entry at the appointed time). We went this week and the food, indeed was quite good. I had veal saltimbuca and my wife had chicken caccitore. Both were very tasty. We had... More

We had visited this restaurant three years ago while visiting Boston and returned this weekend. Very flavorful food at a reasonable price for good portion sizes. Calamari, escargot, veal and chicken appetizers/meals were all fresh and enjoyed! Our waiter was not the friendliest but he did do his job and get all four of our meals correct. Small restaurant with... More

Unusual process or lack of Most people had reservations but you did not necessarily get seated at that time - there was a hostess you spoke to who said stand over there (outside - no inside place to stand) She then took people in some order that was not obvious to anyone. Food was average - I would try another... More

I had dinner here in October, 2016. When I walked in, I was surprised at how tiny the restaurant seemed, but I understand there are multiple levels. We were seated on the street level. Food was very good. I ordered eggplant parmigiana, and my boyfriend ordered gnocchi. The eggplant was good, but the gnocchi was out of this world! It... More
