Legal's at Copley was the best experience ever. After a long journey, this was just what I needed. The bartenders were the best. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. I usually don't like to dine alone, but in this place, I never felt alone, it...More

I live more than 200 miles away from the nearest ocean. So, if I'm going to Boston, I'm looking for fresh seafood, and Legal's reputation is "fresh". We had chowder, oysters, a seafood casserole, and baked cod. Everything tasted fine. The facility was clean (and...More

Had a lunch here recently and would like to say thanks for the experience. Food choice was excellent and all meals were well received. I had crab cake and it was wonderful. Prices were very reasonable and service excellent.

This is a very good restaurant. The seafood casserole was excellent and the Boston cream pie was delicious. The waitstaff was very friendly and professional. The view of the harbor was cool.

I really wanted to like this place. I had heard from numerous people that we should try it while in Boston. It was by far and away the worst meal I have had in years and the bill was enormous. Two of us ordered lobster...More

I just had dinner at this branch of Legal with 3 colleagues. The food was standard Legal Seafood offerings and absolutely fine. However, the table was grubby and sticky with no table cloth. Our server was intrusive and overly familiar. We didn’t need to know...More

Was a bit disappointed in the menu selections and especially the prices. $30 for a lobster roll? Really? Service not very attentive either.

Great opportunity to meet family in Boston and we picked Legal Sea Foods as a special dinner. I've had great meals at other LSF locations so it was an easy decision. This restaurant does not deserve the level of detail I could write. If the...More

We visited the Legal in Copley Place on a Tuesday evening. It was busy but thinning out while we were there. We started out fine but after getting drinks our waiter disappeared. We waited over 20 minutes before another waitress finally took our appetizer and...More

Description
We know shopping induces hunger - and Legal Sea Foods reels in those who want to splash down for a meal or grab-and-go. Our restaurant is located on the upper level of Copley Place, with direct indoor access to both the Westin and Marriott hotels as well as to the Prudential Center. Panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows overlook Boston's historic South End. Here the views and the seafood are second to none.
