Food was good but honestly not great and definitively subpar compared to other similarly super expensive restaurants like Mentón and others in Boston or ones we’ve dined at in other cities. For contrast, when we went to Mentón, several courses blew us away and some...More

The first time we visited L'Espalier was Black Friday for lunch, about ten years ago. Since that magical time, we3've made the event an annual tradition. Extraordinarily sophisticated atmosphere; marvelous food; flawless service. Pricey? Almost breathtakingly so, but -- still -- well worth the tab,...More

Brunch a great disappointment. Everything tasted OK ,but Eggs Benedict lukewarm. Beef tenderloin over cooked. Biscuit type blueberry pancakes dry. Definitely not worth the price.

Last night was the fourth time I have eaten at L'Espalier. The first time we ate there was at the Gloucester location. It was so memorable..the food, service and ambience. We then ate at the new location and the food was still amazing, but the...More
