We went for lunch on a Friday. Even though it was busy, we were seated immediately. The staff was friendly, the pizza came out quickly and lived up to its reputation. As mentioned in other reviews, there is a great old school ambience to the place.

Busy, old-school, great location in the North End. The sauce sings. I will dream about this pie until I can go back for more!

Great pizza for a reasonable price. Be prepared for a wait if you go in peak times. Lots to choose from and the pizza was very tasty. Everyone in our group found something they liked and were very happy with their selection. Service was fast and the staff were pleasant.

If you are in Boston and looking for a good pizza then check this place out. It has a little of an old time feel to it but in a good way - lots of people have been eating pizza in this place for lots of years. The aroma of pizza is baked into the place. Our waitress was very... More

Best pizza in all of Boston! We waited a few minutes but it was so well worth it!!!! The crust was perfect, not too thick and not too thin! We just left there and I am already craving Pizzeria Regina! This restaurant is a must!

These are wholesome pizzas, served quickly and with no fuss. Don't expect fancy plates and silverware, it's not that type of place. Instead, you can prepare for a very well done pizza, plenty crust for the crust-lovers, and leftovers for all your friends if you opt for the 16 inch version.

I was disappointed with our meal, given the hype about the place. We ordered two pizzas. One was just a plain cheese and tomato sauce pizza. There was not much sauce on the pizza, the crust was very soggy in the center of the pizza, and it was oily on top. The second one, a pizza Margherita, was better, as... More

Be prepare to queue up for this place. We waited around 25 minutes but it was worth it! All part of the experience. We went for the 16" between the two of us. We had one slice left which we took home with us. All the ingredients were fresh and you could tell the base was hand made! Staff were... More

This is a must for pizza lovers! They don't take reservations but they have a good flow of patrons. The ambience is cozy and informal. Great for families, friends or whatever. Really tasty pizza! Good service

If your in the mood for only Pizza which we were visit Pizzeria Regina. A small wait but no big deal; it was a chance to see buildings and watch locals walk their dogs. We order the classic and small 10' pepperoni and mushroom; 2 different flavors and both really really delicious. The crust was unusually crispy. I would recommend... More
