Nice cozy place in the heart of North end. Good good and fast service. Appetizer Bread is really good. Crispy shrimp was perfectly cooked.

We sat up front near the main window. Family table, Paul our waiter was great. He recommended great wines and even brought us a few off menu items from the chef. His dinner recommendations were great. It is not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for here and if you can you should not be disappointed here.

My son chose Prezza to celebrate his birthday dinner - out of the dozens of wonderful restaurants we love n Boston. Because of his schedule, it had to be Sunday night. I had forgotten about their Gravy Sunday menu!! The chicken parm is just perfect - would not change a thing - my husband loved it. My son started with... More

It's hard to pick the right Italian restaurant in the north end but this is a good one. Friendly waiter "Al" was attentive and helpful. Had an Italian martini and it was very different. Hot and spicy! Our group shared a few of the many pasta dishes and all were very good. Overall I think it was a bit overpriced... More

I dined alone on a Friday night at the bar at Prezza on Boston's North End before heading back to my hotel. They open at 5 pm and I got there around 5:15 and was greeted by a friendly female bartender (I think her name was Lisa). This fine Italian restaurant was just off Hanover Street. I had heard about... More

We have been dining at Prezza for years and often take out of town friends. Our last visit was the best yet! They have greatly expanded their menu and lightened up some of their dishes. They have always served over generous portions, and I have had a hard time choosing an entree if I was not very hungry. Not so... More

Ravioli and duck was fantastic. Creme brûlée with pecan brownies were as expected. My boss had the mushroom soup which seem boring. Then he had the pumpkin ice cream which from one sample as good. Get the meatballs for appetizer - delicious.
