Just dropped in for coffee and a snack. The menu was good. All food prepared fresh so it could take some time to come. Coffee was ok but it is mostly drinks and food.

What a nice surprise upstairs with a view No wait. Nice upscale menu and decent prices. Seafood expertly prepared and excellent pairings. Mussels grilled wonderful Fried seafood platter with oysters, cod, clams, shrimp, calamari. Excellent coleslaw, tatters, siracha. Even nicely seasoned fries. Excellent Service from Kelsey. This is my new favorite place excellent chef.
We came for dinner, but ended up only having drinks as the service was quite slow. Shame for them as we had such a large group. As it was, it took over 20 minutes before anyone came around to take our drink orders. Took even longer to get drinks so we decided not to eat there.
Had a nice dinner at Joe's, this place has an excellent location with great views. We were there for dinner in March, but during the summer with the windows open it must have some even better views . The food was good, two burgers both cooked as ordered, bacon mac and cheese and the french dip. The skillet cookie was... More
Be careful with this restaurant. The lower level is burgers and sandwiches. The upstairs is seafood. We ate upstairs and the food was wonderful and a good value. We had whole lobster complete with potatoes and corn on the cob. Waitress was more than attentive and very accommodating.
I have been here twice and both times the service was horrible. Bartenders could care less, no hello or goodbye, and just asking for a drink list/menu was a challenge that ended in some awkward eye roll.
it was ok, but prefer something a little more upscale. a steak with corn risotto was not a pairing I wanted. they did change the risotto for mashed potatoes and veggies. good chowder, good selection of seafood, but average pub fare. it was ok we had 3 nights of fish and were ready for a good steak so it did... My husband and I were visiting our daughter in Boston. While waiting for her to get out of work, we stopped at Joe's American Bar & Grill Waterfront for a light lunch. The view was beautiful! We ordered a couple of appetizers: mussels, a cup of clam chowder, and spinach-artichoke dip. We knew that the chowder was delicious from visiting... More
We ate in the upper restaurant, Top Catch. They had fresh Maine Lobster for a better price than Legal Seafood, and the dining room was much less crowded than Legal Seafood. We enjoyed our lobster very much. Waitstaff was courteous and friendly. The portions are large, I couldn't finish my meal. Would definitely eat there again.
The main dining was somewhat crowded and very loud, and the host suggested that Joe's had an upstairs restaurant that was much less crowded. The possibility of a quiet dinner was worth pursuing. Unfortunately, we found the seafood menu was limited and the prices were much higher than the main floor. The poor waitress had far too many tables and... More
