Service was efficient and friendly, a lot of food options. We had calamari to start — good, but more batter than anything. The Hancock burger was excellent, but the onion rings were far too oily for my taste. My husband enjoyed the lobster roll, but...More

We had reservations at the Union Oyster House (oldest restaurant in the US), unfortunately they had a fire a couple days before we got there, so we decided to eat next door at the Green Dragon - and we are so glad we did! First...More

This was a great stop for a quick drink while on the Freedom Trail. The bartender was super nice, and knowledgeable about Boston history. We asked a lot of questions and also got some great recommendations for dinner spots. They do have several of their...More

We wanted to experience the Tavern of the Revolutionaries, and stopped for light fare. Their clam chowder was excellent, as was their beer and iced tea. The interior is authentic of the period.

After a long day of walking, we slipped in here for a quick drink. Really cool to think that you are sitting in the same bar at the fathers of the revolution sat in! The only down fall was the the music was blaring so...More

The original Green Dragon Tavern was where the likes of Samuel Adams and Paul Revere discussed and planned the American Revolution. The place itself no longer stands but this place does a good job of giving you the feel. Located in a cobblestoned, almost "alley"...More

Known as the meeting place of the Revolution. This was so cool to actually hang out where Paul Revere and Sam Adams did!

No, their staff dresses normally but there are costumed people that lead tours of the Freedom Trail - both men and women. Not sure where they originate from. There is a wonderful information booth in the Faneuil Hall.
