We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant and although the menu is small, the selections are great and taste wonderful. Their homemade potato chips are superb! I wanted to take some home with me.

Enjoyed a dinner at Red Marlin this evening with a six and four year old. Food was absolutely delicious and service was fantastic. Our server brought extra fruit for the kids, who ordered a free range beef (or turkey) burger and tasty house made chicken tenders. We had the Sea Scallops (4) and Seafood Cioppino with linguini, both large portions,... More

While the food was a bit better than average the service was outstanding. Extremely friendly service and super polite. I came to the restaurant several times as they offered a nice mixture of options at their breakfast buffet

Limited Menu but well worth it. Beautiful surroundings. You pay for the view. The family had Cornish Game Hen, Seafood Mix, Sword fish, and Steak. The bread was rustic. The wine list was great. The Dessert molten lava cake was dry.

Both meals were outstanding and the swordfish was some of the best I've tasted. Charlie our waiter was great and tokk care of everything without being pesky. The view of the marina with... More

Checking into the Hyatt a little later in the day, we decided that we wanted to grab a bite to eat close to the hotel. We chose the Red marlin. The location is very nice and the outdoor and indoor seating is simply beautiful. The waiters and waitresses were very quick to seat us and bring us our drink order.... More

buffet was full of options, but it was rather expensive. Service was good. Lunch was average quality, but expensive. After the 1st day (stayed 6 days) never stepped into the place.

Thank bill s
