We discovered this restaurant several years ago. The food was traditional and excellent both then and now. Mussaka plate was wonderful. The Mythos beer was cold and refreshing. Glad the restaurant continues to produce wonderful, authenticate Mediterranean food.

A must have is the deluxe hummus with gyros and almonds, served with warm pita bread. Delicious! The flaming Saganaki is a treat as an appetizer. The service is wonderful at this family owned restaurant. Definitely recommend a stop after a long walk at the Safari Park, which not too far away.

A small, family owned place with great food and service. We especially enjoy the lunch special there. The lamb gyros with Greek salad and olives make for a filling meal. The atmosphere is quiet and one can enjoy the Greek music playing in the background. Staff is always friendly with a warm hello. Prices are reasonable and they seem to... More

The food at this place, while in somewhat small servings, is excellent, authentic Greek food. I would recommend the Gyros plate or the Chicken Souvlaki plate. This is a family owned restaurant, and the people are very nice.

When we have the craving for Greek food, we always go to the Pegasus Cafe. Unlike some restaurant chains, the food at this family run establishment is made when you order. If you can't decide what to order or have special dietary needs, Maggie has great suggestions.

During a recent trip to San Diego, I dined at Pegasus Cafe in the Rancho Bernardo area of San Diego, and was pleased at the authenticity of the dishes offered. The food was so delicious, we ate there twice in five days! From Moussaka, Kibbie & Greek Burger (kafta), to the Baba Ganouj appetizer, all dishes are served fresh to... More

The Pegasus Cafe offers good food, nice atmosphere, pleasant staff. This Greek restaurant offers all the traditional foods of Greece. The Gyro was wonderful, very moist, flavorful and delicious.

From what I was told, this is a family owned and run Greek restaurant. The food was excellent both times our group went. The comments from our group were the food was made with love and pride, we can eat here often when we are in the area.

this is a neighborhood place with no frills setting, but the food is absolutely spot on as they say in the UK. The menu is large, the prices very reasonable and the quality is excellent. portions are very large.
