Enjoyed a wonderful fish dinner! It is a beautiful location overlooking a picturesque marina. We watched numerous Pelicans also enjoying their dinner. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. One waiter even photo bombed a photo he took for us. He was great! Definitely a fun place to enjoy great food and friends!

On 3.15 my friends and I decided to make the short drive to San Diego. After spending the day walking the boardwalk and lounging for 2 hours on a boat tour of the bay, it was only befitting that we catch a bite to eat. We wanted fresh fish and well The Fish Market came highly recommended. There was ample... More

Being a local you do not often visit places like this because of the many tourist that abound. The fish market is located along the embarcadero next to the USS Midway museum and just a few steps from Sea Port Village. On the times that I have visited for both lunch and dinner, the food has always been well-prepared and... More

It is fun to walk in the doors and see the bustling restaurant with lots of fresh fish on ice. The service was good in spite of the crowds that fill the tables. The food was prepared well and we enjoyed the meal as well as the fun ambiance. We had been touring the Midway Aircraft Carrier and stopped in... More

Not literally, but this restaurant is also a fish market, where you can purchase seafood to take with you. This specific location has two separate eateries, Top of the Market (more expensive), upstairs, and Fish Market, downstairs. Perfect place to watch the sunset while you eat. There is outdoor seating, with heaters, because it can be chilly being right on... More

Had a late lunch. Mom was wanting a great fish taco. Great views watching war ships in the background and fighters flying over. We ordered and it was 40 minutes before we got our order. Our server said the kitchen was "messed up" that afternoon. Our fish tacos were cold when served. They would have been excellent if hot. We... More

We came on the recommendation of a local friend. The restaurant was busy but we were accommodated without a booking. Our waitresses were friendly and very helpful with gluten-free choices. Their sour dough bread was divine. For starters, we shared a very good sushi platter. Our mains consisted of the fresh and delicious scallops and shrimps (huge prawns) on a... More

I had the Duckett's Bucket (crustaceans, pasta, wine, herbs, and butter.) It had all the herbs and wine but they left out the butter. It is delicious and very satisfied with the amount of clams. The waiter was great at explaining what was in the meal and how the restaurant could modify the dish.
