Very popular chain serving enormous portions of well thought out hashes, scrambled eggs, and pancakes. Food is served on large platters and tureen sized bowls. Everything is big here, including the menus. My companion and I split a daily special with boar, scrambled eggs, biscuit, and lovely crisp breakfast fries. Biscuit was large, but gummy. Eggs were not overcooked and... More

My assistant's brother lives in San Diego and said it was a favorite, so we gave it a try and were NOT disappointed. Kokomo (meatloaf) sandwich was tender, full of flavor and on the freshest bread - it was a struggle to finish but I made it! Spouse had mushroom hash that she enjoyed. Good selection of craft beers let... More

Huge meals with fluffy pancakes, biscuits or eggs and lunch items too. Corn beef hash is great so is the BLT. Everything was great and I would definitely go if you are nearby. You might want to share unless you're a big eater or want leftovers.

Came here for breakfast while on a trip to San Diego. I had seen pictures of meals on social media but it is even more impressive in person. The menu is extensive and my biggest complaint is it was soooooo hard to decide what to get! I went for the chicken and waffles and didn't regret it. My first experience... More

I am new to the area. This place was recommended by a friend. The portions were huge. Really outrageously large. Prices were also higher than expected for what we expected to receive. Had we known, we would have shared a dish. The complimentary biscuit (with honey drizzled) was the best ever I have eaten. Their beer selection was very limited.... More

On our trip to San Diego we reserved after recommendations on Trip Advisor. We joined friends for a late breakfast. They were local and warned us about the huge size of orders. They had chicken and waffles. My wife and I had "specials." Everything was fine. Only down was that on the specials the potatoes dominated.

This place is always crazy busy, we've left before due to the hour+ wait times to sit 2 to 3 people. We went early (9am) on Superbowl Sunday and still had to wait about 35 minutes. That said, the servers are prompt, nice and quick to offer suggestions on their extensive menu. We opted for the chicken chicken benedict (it... More

The outside looks quite unobtrusive and parking is difficult, but once inside the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Seating was prompt and service was excellent and friendly. We were attracted to this place due to the Indiana themes and apparently at least one of the founders was from Indiana. To start, the coffee was above average and the waitress kept... More

This farm to table restaurant will not disappoint. The portions are HUGE. The three of us ordered 2 of the "FAVORITE SCRAMBLES" and it was plenty. Most folks there were splitting. The food is delicious and you will start your day out right with this filling meal. We ordered the Hardwood smoked bacon, avocado, onion & swiss Scramble & the... More
