My wife and I had lunch here on a Thursday in January 2017. The interior (dark wood decor) is attractive and the views are great. She order fish and chips, which were very good. I ordered she crab soup (tasted just average) and salad. I would go back here again. We liked it.

We have been trying out several restaurants around the San Diego area and Harbor House is a good option. It is expensive, but the food is good quality. We would enjoyed another type of bread to begin the meal other than sour dough, but it appeared to be the only option. The steak was somewhat dry. The best part of... More

Beautiful setting right on the water in Seaport Village. Great food presented beautifully. Not cheap - but worth the $$

Waited outside in cold for table. Hostess was rude and even once she was told by another employee that restaurant could accommodate us, she pulled us back from being seated and put us back to wait in cold. She gave us incorrect time on wait. After 15 minutes, which is original time given, we were told we were nowhere near... More

Well, if you go there for dinner, of course you'll have fish of some sort. But you also should start with the oysters! Wether the natural ones aor the grilled ones depends on your taste, but you can't do something wrong with either choice. If you're into oysters, visit this restaurant! Highly recommended.

After arriving from the airport and checking into hotel, we found this to be the best spot for lunch. The seafood was fresh and hot and the adult beverage was very tasty :). The view from the upstairs is breathtaking...you can see the water as well as the Coronado Bridge. A must for a dining experience.

We ordered takeout from here and were delighted by the food and the quick service. They don't take orders over the phone so you have to walk over but it's not a problem. We ordered the salmon burger, "banh mi" style -- it actually comes on a hamburger bun instead of a banh-mi baguette. It was good. The little one... More

We had the green salad entry to start things off. The Grilled Shrimp Vera Cruz dinner was ok. The desert was a simple vanilla ice cream scoop. The service was nice. It was an overall ok meal.

The Harbor House opened in 1980, and serves fresh fish, shellfish, premium steaks and local draft beers. We offer informal dining upstairs and on the outside decks as well as tablecloth/quiet dining downstairs. Come and enjoy our great city and harbor views. Walking distance from the San Diego Convention Center, we are an ideal spot for banquets and private events.
