Located in the heart of the Old Town of San Diego, which was established in the late 1760-ies. Parking was scarce on a Saturday at noon. 20 min wait before we got seated. Food is ok.

We were walking around Old Town before heading to the airport. We found the area to be pretty packed with tourist traps, but Casa de Reyes is the exception. We enjoyed a margarita, fresh-made guacamole and fajitas being served by a great group of Mexican...More

I don't know what the restaurant policy is regarding dogs on the patio...but it is more of a courtyard situation, surrounded by shops. I'm thinking that pets are not allowed, but service animals would be. Your best bet... More

Description
Casa de Reyes offers awarding winning, world-class Mexican comfort food! Located within Old Town San Diego State Historic Park, you’ll enjoy traditional Mexican dining in a lush garden courtyard. There’s also free live entertainment, strolling mariachis, folklórico dancing, year-round events, and more! Casa de Reyes is located on the site of an adobe home built in 1823, one of the first adobe homes in San Diego. Our restaurant is named in honor of one of the home’s first owners, Doña Maria de los Reyes Ybañez de Dominguez. Doña Maria made her small, humble adobe a comfortable and welcoming home for friends and guests, and so do we.
