Wonderful place to go before the Opera. Warm, cozy. Best cocktails and very inexpensive. The food is very good (American Pub) neighborhood bar. Not, very many like this anymore. Definitely worth a visit. .

Cheap drinks, no-tap, but plenty of bottle. Tuesday, dollar off practically everything, all night. Excellent sports bar during the day. Modern Jukebox. 70's motife. Bar food kitchen open till midnight- recommend the veggie burger. Good place to stop on your way to/back from the gaslamp.
