Our party of six adults and two toddlers spent close to three hours at TGI Friday's for lunch today. The entire restaurant is beyond disorganized! From the time we entered they struggled to seat us even though there were plenty of empty tables and high chairs. We understand that strollers can't block aisles and exits, but sleep children can be... More

Like many others, I made the mistake of eating here today. I can only reiterate all the negative comments.....dirty environment, poor food, overpriced, flat pepsi and uninterested staff. This is by far the worst review I have written, and I usually try to see the positives, but there aren't any for this place. I hate all the tipping business, but... More

If you like overpriced food that is burnt AND lukewarm, and like to eat it in dingy upstairs surroundings, this is the place for you. The owners need to invest some of their profits into this Fifth Avenue eatery. The only good thing was the staff who were friendly and the fact that the manager agreed to refund us twenty... More

We were told to go upstairs to the second floor after asking for a table for two. We were shown a table near the stairs, but asked to move as drafty. After ordering the food I went to the 'Ladies'. I was amazed by what faced me, that I had to take photos!!! When the food did arrive it was... More

Walked in the door asked for a table for two, greeted with "second floor" ok should have turned around at that point but, stick with it! Went upstairs and were shown to a table quick enough so looking good!! Looking through the menu the couple behind us began to complain about service and how long their food was taking! Hint... More

Nothing special, surroundings OK. Some very noisy unruly kids. Expect your bill to make it clear a tip is expected. Wouldn't bother to come here again.

It was a cold day when I needed something warm and filling for lunch. I ordered the French Onion Soup with a soft drink. The soup was very good with lots of cheese, just the way I like it, As far as TGI Friday's go, this is a good one. Our server, Doris M was very helpful and courteous.

On 5th Avenue New York after a long day on foot. It's a little tired as we're we. Sat at the bar with 2 4 1 drinks and endless appetisers. Bar keep was great. Food good the drinks awesome. A good stop on our way back to our hotel.

I got here alone, just to grab a quick bite. The restaurant was quite empty, still I had the option to sit at the bar or upstairs, even though I preferred a table. The personnel are pretty busy with their phones. The value for money is also not what it should be, I mean, 20usd for a ceaser salad? So,... More

Horrible setting, bad service, bad food and just a bad experience. TGI is decent quick food other places, but this is the worst TGI Fridays i have ever been at.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
