We had a nice lunch at glass house tavern before a matinee show. The noise level was low so allowing us to have a nice conversation without yelling. The wait staff was attentive and helpful. I ordered the quiche. My boyfriend had the Niçoise salad....More

Nice meal, portions were fine. Appealing options on the menu. Not too overpriced for NYC. We enjoyed a peaceful meal away from the craziness of Times Square. I’d go back.

We ate here prior to show. Good service, nice location and food was good. They offer a price fix menu which was a little limited and I thought a little expensive. However the place was packed, and the service was good.

Loved this place...very nice spot for visiting with friends after taking in a show at one of the many nearby theatres. Good selection of food and drink, quiet spaces so you can actually have a conversation! Will go back!

Unusual for New York, the tables have some space around them!! Brunch for 4, preceded by drinks at the bar was excellent. Good food at sensible price, served well, with no rush.

Service was a little slow but friendly. Two of us had the prix fixe lunch at $27 and one had the portabello mushroom sandwich. Everything was delicious. There was a candle on the dessert (for my birthday), so that was a plus.

We made reservations. 5:15 was all that was available, pre theater. We got there on time, and were the only ones in the dining room. There were 5 of us. We each ordered the Prix Fixe Dinner. It was phenomenal. By the time our appetizers...More

As I recall, it wasn't very expensive, maybe $12-15 each. But, honestly, you can find a better restaurant!

Dress at Glass House Tavern is nice casual. Definitely not shirt and tie but sweater and decent pants are perfect. Call them for the Thanksgiving menu or check online. Definitely make a reservation.

You feel a great energy when you walk into the Glass House Tavern. The decor is soothing and warm and truly makes the customer feel welcome. The prompt, friendly service is delightful and the food is incredible. Executive Chef Craig Cupani has created a contemporary American menu that sets this restaurant apart from the other choices in the neighborhood. Fresh, seasonal ingredients are the emphasis here and the results are fantastic.
