I was just there Tuesday after a Steely Dan concert.....One of my favorite low keyed bars with decent calamari and a really nice selection of fresh oysters and clams......they close fairly early though around 1230......

This is a hidden gem in Penn Station. We knew the surrounding area would be busy with people - the UN was on and the concert itself. We found Tracks and booked on the day. We were welcomed into the bar with a smile and a lovely Irish accent. We then had steaming hot cottage pie, salmon and sweet potato... More

As we were dragging our bags from NJT, we came across this delicious surprise deep inside Penn Station. The lobster roll was the best I've had anywhere including the Hamptons. Huge chunks, lightly tossed in dressing. The blue point oysters were the cleanest, freshest taking I've had in years. We also tried an amazing crab cake sandwich. Both came with... More

I saw a letter "A" on the restaurant window so decided to see if it warranted that. Considering it is situated in a major NYC station, I was kind of apprehensive knowing lowly critters are probably attracted to this place as well. There is a long bar at one end that can accommodate about thirty people or more. At the... More

Great food, great drinks, and great service...in a train station? Shocking enough the answer was yes. My wife and I recently enjoyed an extended weekend out of town that began with a light lunch in Penn Station. We started with a 1/2 dozen Oysters - 2 Fire Islands, 2 East Ends, and 2 Plymouth Rocks - which were delicious (I... More

Horrible woman bartender and her manager. Very racist and hates Indian customers. Used curse word with customers but no apologies rather very insulting, discriminatory behavior. Horrible service , rude racist woman bartender and her manager encourages her behavior. No respect for customers, when asked them to behave politely they will throw you out of their restaurant. Extremely racist , rude... More

Buried right in the death of Penn Station a bustling area full of places to go you find Tracks on the 2ndlower floor right at the back, once you enter the restaurant well when we did the bar was packed with iron maiden band members and fans waiting for the concert, what an atmosphere, definitely have the garlic bread to... I needed quite an expedition deep into Penn Station (look on the lower level) to find Tracks but it was an incredible experience. It's somewhere between a sports bar and a diner with an incredible raw bar. A fresh selection of delicious oysters a solid menu with seafood and meat as well as the largest NY Cheesecake I have ever... More

Been here many times waiting for a train. This place is the real deal - great drink selection and the food is terrific too. I'm not a fan of oysters but I heard they are great. I've eaten here 2-3 times and never had a bad bite!
