Daughter just got kids chicken strips and fries, which was ok. Most kid strip meals are pretty generic and similar but she said it was good. Only negative was they only had BBQ sauce for dipping and a few other choices would have been nice. I got chicken tortilla soup which was really good. The chicken tortilla soup I'm used... More

We spent some time at the Rockefeller Centre and stopped for a short break at the Tri Tip Grill. The burger, fries and salad where excellent and of good quality. Definitely go there for a stop and take the food to eat outside in front of the building.

Service was quick. However, there is limited seating so you'll need to get there before the crowd or wait patiently for someone to leave. The steak sandwich was seasoned to perfection. I forwent the red sauce. I loved it so much I ate lunch here a second day and had the bacon cheeseburger.

While exploring midtown Manhattan, my family and I stopped by Tri Tip Grill for lunch. Among several fast casual options along Rockefeller Center’s Concourse, it offers a surprisingly extensive menu. After ordering at the counter, we found a seat among the dozen or so tables. We received our order fairly quickly. The food was well-presented and was tasty. Though located... More

My family of 12 was starving after exploring the city all day and we stumbled upon Tri Tip on the concourse level of the Rockefeller Center. The food is good and it comes out fast. Recommend the burgers and the platters they sell. Nice stop for fast and filling food.

Stopped off to get a burger in Rockefeller Center. It didn't disappoint. The burgers were freshly made and good. The fries were tasty as well. Lots of seating and not crowded at all. Great little place that wont break the bank!

Needed a break time during our New York tour and stopped here. Even though it was near noon, we received our order quickly. Food was good and there were lots of options on the menu. I wood go here again.

I had chicken strips and fries with a drink. It had a good taste but it was a little expensive for what you got. Then again everything in New York is expensive. It was almost $16 for the 3 strips and a few fries. They gave you a small cup of dipping sauce but I gave it to my friend.

This is a great place for a quick lunch and the sandwiches and fries are really good. My only complaint is that there isn't very much seating so sometimes you have to wait for a table. Being in the heart of Rockefeller Center is a great location also.

I've been to Tri-Tip a few times already and it's my favourite pick for food at the Rockefeller Food Court. I love their sandwiches and everything I tried so far is delicious and reasonably priced. Today's pick was the bacon and cheddar steak sandwich & fries. Yummy!!

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
