We had impeccable service, wonderful food, and a thoroughly enjoyable experience in an elegant environment. We were not rushed.

Been here several times, always had a good meal. Not memorable, but still good. This time around was with business associates (4 of us). The signature house pasta was delicious (Spaghetti Bottarga). But my Swordfish was so-so. I wanted the dover sole but it was listed on the menu designed for 2 persons. The waiter told me I could have... More

I hadn't been back for a few years but it was as good as I'd remembered. The food has that special tastiness that makes you happy. It's not out of the league expensive and wine list is reasonable. I only wish I could eat there more often.

I was there with colleagues as we were staying in the hotel and did not want to go out in the freezing cold night looking for a restaurant on a Saturday night. The venue is posh and comfortable though the staff are not so classy and somewhat unfriendly, but incredibly efficient! The food is good, sometimes very good, but not... More

We were so excited to come and dine at AI FIORI as we heard so many great things. Unfortunately, it didn't deliver. At all. My fiance and I decided to try the prefix menu (99$pp) so we chose 2 different appetizers, 2 primi, 2 meat or fish and 2 desserts. We also wanted to talk to the sommelier but he... More

This very large restaurant is pretending to be a fine dining establishment, but it feels like the creation of someone who has only read about great food and elegant atmosphere. Granted, we went on Valentine's Day, but a tasting menu that costs over $200 a person has an obligation to be something greater than a catering service meal. Identical courses... More

Sure it's nice and all. Beautiful clean restaurant in our gorgeous hotel. Service was mostly exceptional. It was actually the food that was the problem. Salad was good. Scallops were way undercooked, essentially raw. The risotto was meh, too cheesy. Strip loin was pretty good but the potatoes had a funny spicy aftertaste. The rack of lamb was horrible. A... More

Horrible service - they served our dinner to the couple sitting next to us. It then sat in front of them for three minutes before they realized the mistake and took it away from them, brought it out back, and then reserved the same plates to us one minute later. We just want watched it all unfold in disbelief. Further,... More

Dinner for four. Had a great table, the staff was very attentive and the service was superb. Food fantastic by any measure. I had the octopus salad, and beef for main course. All plates were beautiful in presentation and delicious. Highly recommended.

Thank Neil P

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
