The restaurant is very cramped but fortunately we had interesting neighbours! Food was ok but nothing special. The wine list was extensive, especially with $100 - $1,000 wines, but the selection at $30 to $60 was very disappointing - limited and predictable selection. Our waitress...More

It’s a hidden gem in the West Village that is very quaint and delicious. The seating is a bit tight, but that kinda adds to its overall charm.

We always wanted to try Buvette, and so we did. The place is always bustling. The decor is nice (Parisian Brasserie style) , but this is more like a wine bar than a restaurant. I had steak tartare and my wife tried the charcuteries which...More

The menu was limited and it comes in very small portions (you may need to order more if you're hungry) but the food was very good

French charm and delicious small options of French delights make Buvette a lovely spot to enjoy a meal. I've shared a variety of small plates, from the ratatouille, the anchovy plate and the Chicken dish, the ambiance and interior decor add to the charm!

West Village
Stretching from Sixth Avenue to the Hudson River, the
West Village is one of the city’s most coveted
addresses. Full of trendy shops, historic taverns, and
cozy restaurants set amid 19th century architecture,
this neighbourhood has a unique old-world feel. You
won’t find a more picturesque location in Manhattan.
Without the traditional city grid layout, it’s easy to
get lost here, but that’s part of the fun as you

A Croque is a sandwich. Normal size. It had some greens as a side. Condiments were not in the sandwich but offered separately.
