This is a joke. You get a room on the 11h floor. You climb up the stairs to the roof top and see a sign that says to go back to the lobby to get access. What a joke.

Sunday, Monday and Tuesday we tried to get a single drink at the rooftop, what was not possible despite we arrived at least one hour before the announced closing time. Today we arrived not only an hour and a half before closing, but after waiting 15-20 minutes for a menu, finally when they pay attention to us, they tell us... More

The view is amazing from the rooftop bar but I highly suggest visiting during happy hour. The drinks are really pricey (as to be expected in NYC).

Came back late after a performance in the Lincoln Center. Our group of five was stuck in the elevator going up. Not pleasant. After a while the doors finally opened. The Rooftop Bar is nice and part of it is open air, with benches and pillows seating. It was still too cold for that, but it must be quite nice... More

Popped up for a drink in the evening, it had such a good atmosphere and fantastic views. Drinks were a little pricey, but it is Manhattan you expect it

We stayed here, 1 night, our daughter was dancing at Lincoln Center, Room was decent, 4 people, bathroom is small but that is NYC, room was warm, but very cozy and comfortable, only downfall, Housekeeping was quite intrusive, and we had issues with the room key 2X check out is 12, and housekeeping was in our room with all our... visited twice as staying at the hotel and it was really good! view is great, you can smoke outside if you wish and the service is great.
