For Mother's Day I purchased the macaron class for my mom and I to attend on Saturday morning. We were welcomed by a pleasant team and pastry chef. The bakery was super cute and clean. The class was a little over two hours and boy did we learn a lot. We successfully baked quite a few of macarons. I really... More

I went for the Macaron class. It was very well organized, in just two hours or so we accomplished all the demanding steps to master the technique and we left with a little bounty of macarons, my own! Thank you to the teacher-chef Pierre. You should try it!

I took a croissant class here and was delighted by the experience. Our teacher was kind, patient, and funny, and showed us each stage of the process. my roommate was thrilled when I came home with over a dozen freshly baked croissants! I also purchased a Mille Feuille, which was flaky and delicious.

I was supposed to take a baking class with my daughter who got sick three days prior to the class. I did prepay but asked to reschedule (they have a 7 day rescheduling policy but I asked them they can be flexible so my daughter wouldn't spread her germs). They were rude and unaccommodating. Owner wanted me to either pay... More

Getting to master French macarons is no easy task. This class definitely helps you get closer to it. Small group and detailed explanations with hands-on practice. Highly recommended.

Our instructor gave excellent easy to follow instructions. He also ensured that piping the shells came out well. I loved that the ingredients used were of high quality and fresh. Knowing that fresh madagascar vanilla was used, the vanilla macarons are my new favorite! I attended the class for a family members birthday. I highly recommend. It was even fun... More

The class was fun and educational. The crossoints were all enjoyed very quickly After the class. I have a good amount of baking experience but still found it helpful.

The instructor for our croissant class was Lucas, he was super knowledgable and a great teacher. We had so much fun and we learned a lot! Definetly recommend it for anyone wanting to get their croissants skills started. Apart of the class we had ate a slice of the vegetable quiche and it was deliscious. We also had a croissant... We had an amazing experience baking French macarons which turned out delicious and beautiful. The chef was fun and a pleasure to be around. We booked 4 tickets for all four sisters and asked the bakery f they wouldn't mind letting my 7 year old daughter join the class for free which they did, and it turned out to be... More

The class was so much fun! The instructor gave many great tips and he was funny. At the end I got to take home 24 macaroons. I would have liked to be able to measure out the ingredients instead of them already being in put in the bowl and just mixing. I would definitely recommend this class though!
