Lot to like about it and it is a safe bet but given reputation I Guess we had high expectations which it just didn't deliver on. We felt there are so many better options in NYC that we would not rush to return here. Positives were location ambience and indeed food was actually not bad. Issues were staff , service... More

OMG!!! Amazing from start to finish. Service, food, ambiance - nothing short of spectacular. Prices extremely reasonable. Love the location - Tribeca is still a hidden treasure and so much more enjoyable than the midtown hustle and bustle, especially during the holidays. Will definitely be returning to Tribeca Grill...the sooner the better...love love love!!!

We haven't been for a while, but have been coming for more than a generation and it was spot on and delivered what we wanted and expected. The restaurant is one of the few that has a genuine NY vibe, with great food, impeccable and friendly service, knowledgeable sommeliers, and a a fair price for what is delivered, it can... More

We have been here numerous times, so we knew what to expect. It was a solid choice and perhaps we were a bit lazy to go to a place we have been so many times before... But we arrived in the City that night and did not do much planning ahead of time. We made reservations on the afternoon of... More

Beautiful ambiance. Try the arugula buffalo salad. Scallops were delicious. Multiple cheese options for dessert. Excellent sommelier on site with beautiful wine options/pairings for dinner.

the best things I can say were the hostess and coat check young lady were great. The food below average. Wine was not good, selection is very poor again aimed at ripping tourist off. Bar staff apparently already over the number of tourist visiting NYC. They clearly didn't want to be at work. Bottom line a disappointment.

A return visit to this place. Upon arrival the place was buzzing. We weren't rushed to be seated so enjoyed drinks at the bar. When we were seated service wasn't the quickest and we waited approx 1hr between ordering and appetisers being served. Food was very good but a very busy night which showed through by the service we received.... More

I was looking forward visiting this place so much. It's warm industrial atmosphere, beautiful art works hanging on the walls and excellent service makes your feel special. But when it comes to food it looses all that special feel. Unfortunately. I had beef tartar for appetizer which was actually one of the best I have ever had but after that... More

Neighbourhood Profile
What’s in a name? In this case it is the unique title of “Triangle Below Canal Street” that became a popular nickname in the 1970s. An attractive neighbourhood filled with handsome lofts on the edge of the Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art galleries. Plus, it’s home to the city’s most exciting film event, the Tribeca Film Festival, that takes place here every year. TriBeCa is a great place to take a leisurely stroll before stopping into one of the many local restaurants or bars for a satisfying meal and cocktail. You’ll see families out for an afternoon walk, and don’t be surprised to come up with the occasional celebrity sighting. With such a great vibe, many of the city’s most famous residents call this neighbourhood home.
