Very sadly a much loved Osteria that serves the best Italian in New York, seriously disappointed tonight with inflexible, insincere and hostile service. The food is very good the wine list good. But the service quite frankly unsavoury and unappealing.

Lupa serves better Iralian than you find in most restaurants in Italy. Great true Italian. Good service.
