The $5 wines and small plates available until 7:00 Monday through Thursday are a real bargain. The wines were quite good (not from a box) and the quantities were generous. We had the sesame crusted tuna, which was perfect. We also enjoyed the risotto and a wonderful seafood cobb salad. And the chocolate desert and the cheesecake were delicious. Service... More

Stopped by here for brunch with friends. The food did not disappoint. Portions were good, but prepare to spend a little more $$ than your average brunch spot in the city.

We had just seen an extraordinary Philharmonic concert. We hopped a nearby bus to meet additional friends for Dinner. They had chosen this Sarabeth's. It was a good choice as we were five and all of us were able to find something that we wanted. I had one of the evening's special--Roast Halibut with mashed and asparagus. It was superb--beautifully... More

Had Mother's Day brunch here with husband and 3 daughters! Been here before and loved it. We had the muffin basket to share and one had a vegan dish (cannot remember what it was) I had French toast, husband had cheese omelet and another had soup and grilled cheese. We all enjoyed our meals but we should have not ordered... More

We ate breakfast at Sarabeth's on a Thursday morning around 10:00. There was no wait, so we were seated immediately. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. She answered our questions and helped us with recommendations. I ordered the French Toast with a side of Applewood Bacon. The French Toast was wonderful -- one of the best I've ever had!... More

Located in a quiet neighborhood where it seems many locals come to eat breakfast. I experienced Sunday brunch. Reservations are a must. One can eat inside or outside. We choose to eat inside as it was a chilly morning. Many choices for brunch and it was delicious. The service was good and friendly waitress. I would recommend this place for... More

I must say, I've never been a big fan of the Sarabeth chain. the food is really only a bit above average, the entrees are totally un-health conscious (butter & other full-fat fare, sugar, etc. etc.) and it's plainly overpriced. I don't understand why it's so popular, frankly. Every time I eat here, I regret it. Nothing terrible, just nothing... More

Had their Sunday brunch here, and it lived up to its billing. We ate outside, which was very pleasant, if a little chilly (it was full inside). The French toast was incredible, and the omelette with gruyere cheese was excellent. It's a bit pricey, but it is New York, and it was great for a special event.

Very inviting and warm restaurant, although chairs a bit uncomfortable. Food was very good. Service average. Usual NYC prices. Good for brunch.

Went for brunch. The best eggs benedict of my life, maybe it's because the English muffin is a homemade?! Sarabeth makes pastries at their store in Chelsea Market and delivered to restaurants. Bacon is crispy, tasty - decent portion size for $8. Yes, I paid $8 for serving of bacon. Bellini was mixed well and great treat while waited for... More
