We have attended this restaurant several times.Always for lunch. The reason I enjoy this restaurant is that it is consistent each time we attend, the food is classic but very contemporary always cooked with care and feeling that you can see and taste as it arrives...More

I was here recently for a corporate event and we were in a private room upstairs. But I will say that the downstairs was full of happy diners laughing and gorging on some pretty great dishes. Upstairs, we had our own open bar, and the...More

In every trip there must be a one good restaurant so I found this Michelin 1* Restaurant. The food is delicious and the wine too. The portion is quite big so you can be sure to not finish the meal even hungrier ;).

Not as great as we'd hoped. Lovely service and meal was tasty, but just didn't knock our socks off. A little more attention needed...serving beef and venison on cold plates meant our mains were lukewarm by the time they arrived at the table.

Hi, for new years eve, are patrons with early reservations (8:30pm) permitted to stay at their table or bars until the ball drop at midnight? Is there a ball drop viewing area available for all patrons?

Hi, I've never seen a gluten-free menu or any dishes that denoted as such in their dining room, but then I've never asked. Play it safe and call them directly.

Description
Aureole, New York is the flagship showcase for Charlie Palmer's unabashed, energetic signature Progressive American cuisine. Now under the culinary leadership of Executive Chef Gabriele Carpentieri, the kitchen turns out elegant, simple dishes with sharply focused flavors like Wagyu Beef Carpaccio with crispy shiitake, scallions, taro root, ponzu and lavash cracker.

Aureole is located within the spectacular Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park, the most environmentally advanced skyscraper in the world. Offering a range of dining options, the Liberty Room is smart and casual with walnut-topped tables and a back-lit, etched glass front bar with polished natural zinc top surface, the intimate Dining Room is designed in both lighting and texture to give off a golden glow, and The Halo Private Dining Room is wrapped with fabric panel and silver leaf walls, dotted with sculptural back-lit flame sconces. Now in its 29th year, Aureole is contemporary urban elegance.
