Lovely place, an UES neighborhood gem. Warm, efficient service. The salad of the day was delicious. Main course: the largest portion of salmon I've ever gotten in a restaurant - very generous - I had them wrap up 1/2 of it to take home! My dining companion had a chicken dish which was also delicious and copious - she had... More

We were on our way to 5th Avenue Museums and wanted a quality restaurant for lunch. The reviews for Due are excellent and we were delighted to find they were true. We started with salads: Caesar, Monica and Francesca. All were delicious. We had a few different entrees and all agreed that the Parmesan Chicken breast was the best.

3 of us had dinner. The salad with mango and spinach was amazing. Each entree was delicious and the wait staff was attentive. The tiramisu was also very good. I highly recommend this restaurant.

My daughter's birthday party. Management made sure we were given the best table. Service and quality of the food was excellent. There are fancier establishments but none like this local restaurant. My favorite place for a special dinner!

My wife and I had dinner here at Due with another couple on a very nice evening. Before we our companions arrived my we had an aperitif at a table outside where there are a limited number of tables to enjoy eating or drinking outside when the weather permits. My Campari soda was perfect and my wife asked me to... More

Spotted this lovely, cozy Italian on the way to my daughter's apartment the other day and decided to give it a try on a Monday night. We walked in without a reservation and were promptly seated in a nice, quiet booth in the back of the restaurant. Wait staff were friendly and prompt. The four of us each had an... More

We have been going to Due for years and find the food and service consistently great. They have an excellent selection of well priced Italian wines and the food is always great tasting and consistently fresh and well prepared. The owner makes it a point to make every customer feel welcome and special. We will be back for sure!

Due is our go-to restaurant on the Upper East Side. Wonderful Italian entrees and excellent service. Have eaten here many times and never been disappointed.

Staying in Upper East Side

Neighbourhood Profile
Upper East Side
Combining quiet residential neighbourhoods that have easy access to Central Park with world-famous cultural institutions, the Upper East Side is one of the most livable places in the city. Along beautiful Fifth Avenue, you’ll find Museum Mile, which houses many of the nation's most famous attractions in a single stretch, like The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim Museum. Walk a few blocks into the neighbourhood, and you’ll come to Park Avenue, the poshest address in the city, lined with grand apartment buildings as far as the eye can see. Even if you can’t afford the luxury goods along Madison Avenue, it’s still a great spot to window shop an afternoon away.
