My husband and I made reservations while we were in the city after Valentine's Day. We arrived shortly before our 630 reservation and the entry way was packed. ** I definitely recommend a reservation unless you're prepared to wait 60+ minutes for dinner/dessert !! **...More

The meal was average. The kids LOVED the frozen hot chocolate. The menu is endless, so not sure how a restaurant can do all of that variety very well. The prices are very high for what you get. The service was acceptable, but our waiter...More

We were first group seated at 11:30. Took over 45 minutes to have food on the table. French toast stone cold hamburger requested as well done came rare. Terrible service terrible food.

Make a reservation, or wait for up to 4 hours for a table. This whimsical restaurant has a never-ending menu filled with pure yumminess, historical frozen hot chocolate, and of course the movie connection.

I knew Serendipity restaurant because of the movie. So when I went to NY last month, I made sure I will try the place. I can say, food is quite expensive but the taste is not special.

We were in New York for just 2 full days and one was a blizzard, 1/4/18. We went to Empire State Building, we had reserved tickets, and of course there was no view but I planned for Serendipity and I was determined to get there....More

Don't waste your money eating here. Cute shop and since it was a movie location, it would be cute to walk in their gift shop, or if you must sit down and experience for yourself, maybe sit down and share something. We had the carrot...More

This is definitely one of those places that promised to be spectacular but failed to deliver. Disappointment all round. The frozen hot chocolate, the magical atmosphere and the great service were all missing! Staff were disinterested, rude and barely provided ‘service’. The frozen hot chocolate,...More
