Up until about a year ago, we always made a point of dining at Pigalle, a bistro that was part of the same restaurant group as Marseille. Sadly, someone at the Hilton Garden Inn that Pigalle shared a building with decided that 8th Avenue needed...More

Went with friends visiting from Europe and we were all delighted with the food, ambience, and service. The duck in particular was very good. Boulliabase was not a favorite though. Overall a great experience, we will go back.

Marseille is a very New York City energetic joint. We showed up after a Sunday matinee round about six and it was the quietest it has ever been - it started to get a bit noisy by eight, when we left. In the future I...More

Perfectly set up for a pre-theater meal. It is what I would call adventurous French with a quite short menu (I have nothing against short menus). My crab cake was very good and the duck breast was excellent. My wife had the chicken tajine. She...More

We stopped for drinks at their classy zinc bar. Charming bar tenders. We've had a couple of very good dinners here before. Very pretty and classy spot in the theater district. Reasonable prices.

We had brunch on Sunday before attending a Broadway play. The restaurant is a short walk to all the major theaters . The dishes were generally very good but a little more salty than we liked. Service was excellent and prices are competitive.
