worst TGI Friday's we've ever been in. The service was horrendous. We had to keep trying to catch a waiter for drinks, or to place our order. When our order finally arrived, some of it was incorrect. By the time we got someone to tell them, the rest of our meal was cold. We didn't return.

Service is terrible, not enough staff. Prices are over priced for what you get (which is far from special) rather go to Mc Donald's

Food was really quite good but the service was poor. The staff didn't seem interested and hardly spoke a word to us. TGI's I have used in UK have staff who are full of life and energy, not here.

Absolutely nothing nice to say about this place. Super expensive, dirty, awful food, dreadfully slow service. Because of its location, we didn't expect it to be great, but it took 'awful' to a whole new low.

Times Square is the place to be New Year's Eve, but not freezing in the cold!!! You have all the comforts of home and then some here!! Been to others but this by far is the BEST!! I have been there 2 times after for reasonably priced meals served fresh and hot even though always so packed. Drinks are great... More

We visited on New Year's Day . It wasn't up to the normal standard of a TGI and a real let down .Staff seemed tired and lacked patience with other customers

Went here for a quick pre show supper & it was really busy so we asked our server if we would get our food in time for our show! I can't remember her name but she went above & beyond to make sure we got what we needed in time for a quick getaway! Food was hot and tasty, beer... More

I came here with my daughter for a quick bite. We waited almost 45 minutes for our food. The staff were not professional but ghetto! The knifes and forks were so dirty! I asked for them to be replaced and those were dirty as well!! Shame on you management!! Never again!

We love TGI's back home in the UK so were interested to compare. Had to wait approx 30 minutes for a table then when we got seated had to then wait ages to be offered a drink so ordered our food at the same time after discovering that some of our favourite smoothie drinks we get at TGI's back home... Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
