Stumbled across this place walking through little Italy. The inside is very cosy and staff pleasant. The food was amazing although they got my partners pizza wrong and instead of cooking a fresh one the new toppings were just thrown on top. Would recommend this place though.

We visited this restaurant whilst on holiday in New York. The food was excellent. The service was very good and the wine selection was also very nice. The price was also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to visit whilst in New York.

Just took a chance on this place at lunch time and had there special at 10.95 with a half carafe of red wine. good choice on this menu and so did not cost more than $40. As with many Italian restaurants be they in Boston, London or NYC the food is always good. I would recommend this place.

Been a while since the stars, moon, and tides took me to Amici II. Still the kitschy~cozy warmth right out of the old school Little Italy. It was a reeeeally COLD night, and by chance I got a corner table cradled into 2 radiators. That heat went right through and it was luscious. Eugene was greeting and schmoozing, making everyone... My daughter wanted to visit Little Italy as a must do on our visit to New York, we chose Amici amongst the many Italian restaraunts in Mulbery Street, a gamble perhaps as we didn't use trip advisor but dropped in here, wow what a great place, very friendly staff, loads of snaps of the staff and dinners all over the... Visited this restaurant with my girlfriend...our first time in Little Italy. We were ushered in by this "salesman" standing outside saying it was the best place to eat in the area. The food was ok...and the service up to getting the main course was ok. But immediately after we finished the main course, they collected the plates quickly...and immediately seated... More

We took our 18 year old granddaughter to this fantastic gem, of a restaurant in the heart of "little Italy". Where we were tantalized with great food and an atmosphere. The "old world" charm of this restaurant reminded my wife and I of when we lived Napoli. We had lunch and were not surprised that we had to wait for... More

We had decided on dinner in Little Italy, and yeah, we were drawn in by the"puller"... I'm familiar with this tactic, and it's not always a bad thing. In this case, it definitely was not. We had a fantastic meal, and were treated to exceptional service by the manager. Since we mentioned it was my friend's son's birthday, they brought... More

I travel Italy frequently, eating out in cities such as Verona, Venice, Lake Garda.. I met my partner there where she has a house. There is NOTHING authentic about this restaurant apart from the waiters accents. The were enticed off the streets by one of the restaurant's staff. Talking about how the food was authentic and had been there since... More

Here at Amici II we serve only the best of our homemade dishes from our native city of Napoli !! Amici means friends and over the decades our customers have become just that! As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. They enjoy the friendly service, classic recipes, fresh ingredients, and most of all, the bold Italian flavors at A mici II Ristorante. We would like to thank you all!!

Staying in Little Italy

Neighbourhood Profile
Little Italy
While Little Italy is one of the city's smallest neighbourhoods, its streets are packed with visitors from around the globe, especially on summer weekends when the streets are closed to traffic. Stroll up Mulberry Street, the heart of Little Italy, for a dense mix of Italian restaurants with sidewalk tables, cafes, and old-school food shops. Don’t be surprised when the hosts beckon you to pay them a visit. Stop in for a coffee and a cannoli, or grab a streetside table to take in the scenery over a hearty Italian meal.
