Great atmoshpere. Good food and prices reasonable as you get lots on your plates. The omelette is delicious. Clean restrooms. One slightly minor point is that we sat at our table for at least 10 miuntes. We were ignored as there were no servers.

Went there with my boyfriend for the "real deal", the US breakfast. They have all the traditional dishes but with a gourmet, fancy touch that makes it special and unique. I had banana walnut pancakes: besides the organic maple they served strawberry butter. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! They...More

Visited here with family, they live in the neighborhood and recommended. A very cute charming restaurant and played great alternative mix of music. The food was very good. I would say the average price is between $12-$18. I would come here again.

Description
Today, visitors from all over the world—English, German, French, Japanese—still come to Good Enough to Eat to enjoy classic American food. They sit side by side with Upper West Side “regulars,” enjoying wholesome, mouth-watering (and ample) plates such as Macaroni and Cheese, Lemon Parmesan Chicken, Pecan Trout, Caesar Salad, Sweet Potato Fries, the now legendary Meatloaf and Turkey Dinners, and Peach Pie with homemade Vanilla Ice Cream. The appetite for wholesome, authentic, traditional American food only seems to be growing – both here and in cultures across the globe. And we at The Restaurant Group still carry out Carrie Levin’s mission to satisfy that hunger at Good Enough to Eat.
