The rudest waiter I've ever encountered. Would not give us time to decide what to order, yelled at us and came over to calculate our money before we were ready to pay. Insisted on getting a nice tip and would not let us leave before...More

The little sister to Joe's Shanghai, this gem is tucked away in the heart of chinatown. I take all my out-of-town guests here. This location is less crowded. Old-school NYC environment with no-frills service gives way to the most delicious soup dumplings i've had in...More

Soup dumplings are addictive and Joe's Ginger has them. And no lines like Joe's Shanghai. Make sure you put it on soup spoon, poke small hole and suck out all the soup before it falls on plate.

We found this place off Mott street while looking for a place to eat a late supper. The hours are convenient and the location in the heart of Chinatown is easy to access. We were four people and each ordered a dish to share along...More

Bursting with an amazing array of sights, sounds, and
smells on every block, a visit to Chinatown feels like
entering a different world. It’s a colorful spectacle
that gets even more crowded on weekends, when families
stream in to enjoy huge dim sum feasts and to stock up
at the markets on Mott Street. To take a break from
the buzz, grab something sweet from one of the many
bakeries in the area and head to Columbus Park, where
