I got the lobster fradiavlo and my boyfriend got the shrimp parm! Both excellent. So glad my boyfriend decided on this place. Staff was also very polite and the food came out almost right away. We will be back soon.

We got the pizza the manager recommend and it was very good. It had peppers, mushrooms, and ham on it. We also had a good apatizer of fried ravioli.

Joey invited us to lunch and we accepted. We enjoyed a wonderful antipasto platter and chilled to perfection beer for a mid afternoon snack. He along with another street performer serenaded us with authentic Italian music. We enjoyed the experience very much. Service was great and antipasto delicious. Highly recommend.

The pizza was very well made with reasonable price. The owner is very friendly. I recommend this place to those who look a restaurant for FANTASTICO pizza.

The owner was in a constant discussion with the restaurant owner nearby, while they were both trying to get customers in. No friendly banter, it was quite agressive. This seemed to amuse other guests, but I found it disruptive. Hus biggest argument was that he had 5 stars on Tripadvisor. If true, this can only be down to the fact... More

My husband and I had the bolognese and the pizza anna, very tasty! The carafe of Sangiovese for $20 is a steal! Would definitely recommend sitting on the outside patio and people watching too. :-)

Description
Il Piccolo Bufalo is a Trattoria with a modern spacious exposed-brick walled indoor dining room and inviting outdoor cafe with a comfortable relaxed atmosphere.
It features a diverse menu of traditional neapolitan cuisine and pizzas prepared in an open brick oven. The dishes are both modern and authentic, featuring most of the delectable favorites such as stuffed artichoke, spaghetti & meatballs, sunday gravy...... and other recipes the grandparents of the owner brought with them from Naples when they settled on Mulberry Street after emigrating from Naples in the early 20th century.

Staying in Little Italy

Neighbourhood Profile
Little Italy
While Little Italy is one of the city's smallest neighbourhoods, its streets are packed with visitors from around the globe, especially on summer weekends when the streets are closed to traffic. Stroll up Mulberry Street, the heart of Little Italy, for a dense mix of Italian restaurants with sidewalk tables, cafes, and old-school food shops. Don’t be surprised when the hosts beckon you to pay them a visit. Stop in for a coffee and a cannoli, or grab a streetside table to take in the scenery over a hearty Italian meal.
