I visited the first Patsys on 34 th 22 years ago. The taste is the same but the menu has expanded. Highly recommended the pizza with ricotta.

Liked their pizza, but paid a bit for it-about $22 for a pizza. It think it's too much, but it's the upper East Side of NY and it was filled with families and kids.
Great service and tasty food. We got soup and pasta instead of pizza. It was all delicious. Our server was attentive and very friendly. The prices were a little high, but this is NY!

It's nothing to fancy about Patsy's when looking in. Just another diner or pizza-place. That is until you order and the pizza is ready. The choises for topping is not to fancy either... Until you taste is! I have never eaten a pizza this good....More
