Enjoyed a weekday business lunch as an out-of-towner with local business associates. This place is excellent in all regards. Reservations were promptly honored. Our waitress, while a little too chatty, was excellent at her craft. All four entrees were pronounced "outstanding". I had the very, very best Huevos Rancheros I have ever had anywhere. The chicken breast salad, the lasagna,... More

Visited this restaurant due to location as we were walking the high line. Very busy when we arrived just after 10 am on a Sunday and was told wait would be 30 minutes - which it absolutely was! Breakfast/brunch menu not extensive but certainly enough to choose from and changes daily as all fresh produce. We enjoyed a fresh pastry... More

Went after a friend recommended the huevos rancheros breakfast dish.So I combined eating there with a stroll on the highline. The meal was very good, very professional staff and I got extra cream fresh after I asked for. The only reason for the 4 stars is the price level which seems a bit high for the coffee and the dish I... More

Whenever I get to NYC I try to make it a point to visit both The High Line and Cookshop. My most recent visit was the most memorable. It was a bit of a miserable day -- cold and VERY windy. When I arrived the place was jammed and I thought I would have a long wait. But there was... More

Had a nice light snack here. Pate was excellent but could have had more items with it. Steak came as ordered as was tender. Oysters were tasty and fresh. Mushroom soup also hit the spot as did the persimmon salad.

This is a good restaurant for dinner with friends. There is a wide selection of seasonal dishes. The menu changes throughout the year. For our part of four, most liked their meal.

While the logistical nightmare that has become New York Fashion Week causes headaches for the style set as they hobble about in six-inch heels while competing for Uber cars to ferry them up and down the Westside Highway, for tourists, the spectacle of seeing flustered editors scurry about town in droves is a must-see affair for anyone visiting in February... We were on our way to the Atlantic Theater and stopped for an early dinner with our son who is a local and highly recommended the restaurant. We were not disappointed. The service and interaction with our server allowed one of us to tweak the dish slightly without any problem. One of us had the duck and it was fabulous... More

We stopped here after a day of sightseeing and enjoyed a delicious meal. The brussel sprouts, empanadas, and burrata were standouts. The ribeye steak and the vegetarian lasagna were favorites for the main courses.
