Guys. Eat here. My Cubano sandwich was the best I've tasted (and I get them often!) and the coconut mojito was outstanding. The staff was friendly and seemed to be enjoying themselves. The atmosphere was perfect--the music just the right level of loud and the...More

We had made reservations for dinner, and were seated quickly. The place was very busy, with staff flying around taking care of everyone. Our waiter was quick to take our drink order, made a very good recommendation on appetizers (Tostones Rellenos...very good!). The classic mojito...More

Oh, this was great. I had the empanadas. Chicken, beef and shrimp. The pastry was flaky but not flimsy. The meats were the perfect season, not overly spiced (not 'hot' as in pepper) but packed with onion, saffron and good stock. For my meal, I...More

Large, crowded, very noisy, not much atmosphere. Garlic shrimp was very good. Decent mojitos. Server was quick if not particularly personable.More

My second time here, I would rate it a 4.5. Crowded; but the 4 of us could carry on a conversation without a problem. My food was excellent; including my mojito! The empanadas, big enough to share, may be the best ones I've ever had!...More

Good mojitos but food was pretty bland and mediocre. It is a huge, cavernous place and we found it difficult to find a waiter whenever we wanted something (like placing our order, more water, etc.) We have recently been to Victor's Cafe on West 52nd...More

I brought my family for some real authentic Cuban food. We were not disappointed. However the service was absolutely horrible. Our waitress was Angela and she only came to the table one time to take our order and we never saw her again. Unacceptable for...More

Havana Central was really disappointing. The restaurant is huge and packed but sadly staff demonstrate no interest whatsoever in your experience. We felt that we were an inconvenience and sadly the food wasn't that great either. There are so many wonderful places to eat in...More

I can only say that the night I was there they had a live band. I think it was a Friday night. I'm sure you could call them and ask.
