It's definitely not the best restaurant in the City or the most fancy or elaborated food, but it's for sure one of the best options to have a decent meal in TS!!! I generally love Olive Garden but was surprised to experience that everything at this particular location is more expensive than any of the other restaurant locations. Has anyone been here for New Years Eve? Is it possible to see the ball drop through the windows? Does NYPD allow people to go out and stand to see the ball drop? Before booking and paying I want to make sure of this because the restaurant says that the view of the ball drop is not guaranteed but they do not clarify what exactly does it mean or what the chances are.
