I visited this restaurant again as I was there last year. It was very busy at the bar so we could not get a seat for the Happy Hour. The manager was very kind and sat us at a table near the bar and honored...More

We’ve been fans of Kefi since its original incarnation on West 79th Street. After last night, we’ll never go back again. We had a 7:00 pm reservation and showed up at the captain’s stand a few minutes early. A man and woman were behind the...More

Good neighborhood spot, part of why the UWS is so much fun. Good beer on tap. Appetizers are worth getting, humus and meatballs were good starters. Branzino had a little too much sauce.

My husband and I were pretty disappointed at Kefi last. The food was mediocre at best. Tsatziki was tasty but a total garlic bomb. Branzino was bad. Over cooked, bland, dry. Goat cheese dumplings were pretty good but a small portion for the price. The...More

Food was fresh and delicious. We had appetizers and dinner and dessert with family who eat there often. Tender octopus, fresh fish, service was great. But the chairs were uncomfortable and the tables tightly packed.

I've eaten at Kefi since it opened on 79th St, but it has been more than a year since I was last there. Overall the food is good and the vibe is nice. Last night they tried to seat us downstairs (even though it was...More
