This was supposed to be our one NYC amazing dining experience. Dined here in July and it was amazing. Booked a table as soon as we knew we would return to New York, and hyped it up to our friend who we were bringing along....More

This is one of the places that should definitely be on every foodie's list for Manhattan. Superb quality of food, cosy and friendly atmosphere, good (but not amazing) service. It's hard to recommend something from the menu, as everything is really a fest for taste.

This is a tough review to write, because our experience was all over the place. We were a party of seven and reserved two group entrees ahead of time. The restaurant was handsome and cool, staffed by the usual compliment of attractive, hip people. Our...More

First, we pre-ordered the set menu for 6 people, and it was A-MA-ZING! The apps we ordered were the baby corn & the pork bao - sooo delicious! With most of our party being part-Korean, the Ssam chu ssam family style dining was a huge...More

Would've been worth it just for the incredible pork belly bao buns but luckily the rest of the food and drinks were excellent too. We were really impressed by the ham selection (which is more like prosciutto). The one we chose had an amazing coffee...More

There’s still an independent vibe to the East Village,
which offers plenty of unique small businesses
catering to longtime New Yorkers and area college
students alike. The East Village retains a bit of the
old-time neighbourhood feel that you can still
experience today thanks to a mix of locally-owned
shops, cozy restaurants, and lively bars. The scale of
the residential blocks makes this a wonderful place to
