Great service — very friendly and informative, and we were provided many recommendations. The lamb was fatty and tender and juicy. Couscous was flavorful and rich; the fruit additions made it slightly sweet without being overpowering. Portions are generous and filling. Definitely recommend.

What a wonderful spot for dinner or drinks - with the dark library and vibrant sounds of conversation all around. Definitely a very New York kind of vibe. The food was incredible in every selection we ordered, and the wine list was thorough. Service was...More

We were in NYC for the weekend and stopped by this restaurant and sat outside. We had $4 Sangrias and the $10 hamburgers. The service was good, but the food was great. Would highly recommend for happy hour.

There’s still an independent vibe to the East Village,
which offers plenty of unique small businesses
catering to longtime New Yorkers and area college
students alike. The East Village retains a bit of the
old-time neighbourhood feel that you can still
experience today thanks to a mix of locally-owned
shops, cozy restaurants, and lively bars. The scale of
the residential blocks makes this a wonderful place to
