Great service, cocktails and wine. We all shared small plates. Food comes out fast as this is a great place to eat before attending the neighborhood theaters.

What a find - this little restaurant in the West Village, New York! Fabulous Italian wines, great authentic Italian straight forward food, and super nice service. The restaurant has a warm and cool ambiance, and all together a great experience at a very reasonable price.

Really and I mean REALLY good Italian trattoria food. One of the best Caesar salads I've ever had. Raviolis were freshly made with a fresh simple marinara and a lovely parmesan. We were there early in the evening and were seated and served immediately. And...More

Description
A casually elegant neighborhood restaurant from the owner of Gusto, Centro Vinoteca showcases seasonal, boldly flavored cooking rooted in the traditions of Italy. The airy bi-level space was designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen, with a stylish yet comfortable black and white decor, large French windows on the ground floor, and an inviting bar for drinks and eats. Upstairs, the cozy dining room offers a more intimate experience. Start with piccolini, small shareable plates designed to whet the appetite, before delving into the well-priced main menu. The wine list features over 200 wines from throughout Italy, including many available by the quartino.
