Tables in and out. We sat at the bar and had some wine. Good staff. Nicely decorated interior. The food looked good, but we didn't have any.

It was my first day in New York and it was sweltering. We were seated for brunch at a well -positioned table where it was lovely and cool from the A/C. It had traditional Italian interior decor, so a charming ambience. The service and food...More

We didn't have a reservation but were accommodated with a nice table, beautiful view and treated to the best pasta I've ever had. A couple of cocktails, a beautiful bottle of red and terrific service ensued. I don't speak Italian and I don't know Italian...More

This place is difficult to get into. You can only book if you are staying at the adjacent hotel, at least that was what we were told. I'm a bit puzzled about the popularity. The food is OK, but relative to the abundent competition did...More

Relaxed restaurant with good eating and wining. Loved the fairly large bar and not to mention the style of it all. Staff were a lot better than average

East Village
There’s still an independent vibe to the East Village,
which offers plenty of unique small businesses
catering to longtime New Yorkers and area college
students alike. The East Village retains a bit of the
old-time neighbourhood feel that you can still
experience today thanks to a mix of locally-owned
shops, cozy restaurants, and lively bars. The scale of
