We had a party of five and ordered the fried dumpling appetizer and Bossam bun which was excellent. I ordered the black cod and it was probably one of the most delicious fish dishes I have ever eaten. My son and my husband also agreed....More

This restaurant has unusual style Korean dishes. But the taste was good. Our table was attached to the other customers' table. So felt weird. This is a big restaurant and they should provide some private space for customers.

My husband and I have been here many times for the wonderful Korean barbecue. It was always a delicious fun experience. We brought another couple on Friday night and because you’re at the same sized table with same small grill... grill was quite crowded. What...More

Bann is a very good Korean restaurant on west 50th with a very large selection of Korean barbeque, noodle and rice dishes. They also feature very good Korean beer. Very good service

The meals were more New York than Korea. Bim bim bop was adequate but not special. Service was perfunctory.

We enjoyed a pre-theater dinner at Bann and it was excellent. WE enjoyed the grilled filet, a fried rice dish and pork bellies. The service was very good with helpful directions regarding all the sauces and cooking opportunities.

This evening my wife and I ate at Bann, a modern Korean restaurant where we had dined once a few years ago. On that visit we ate a variety of appetizers, but as it is Restaurant Week in New York City we decided to try...More

Most Koreans and those who know Korean food enjoy cooking bulgogi (literally "fire meat") by themselves, but at Bann that is entirely optional. They are happy to cook the meat for you in the kitchen, rare, medium, well-done... More
