We had a great lunch with my daughter and it s delicious! Prosciutto sandwich was just devine. The bread they use holds together so well , but yet it is soft and perfect for a sandwich. The margaritas are just as good and complement the...More

Food is always good and the service is great. The hummus appetizer is yummy and the table side guacamole is a must! It's always tough to choose between the tuna ceviche, shrimp tacos, the salmon or the tenderloin medallions for the entree because all are...More

Nice location with decorations simple but appealing. Service is good with waitresses kind and attend. The plates look really good but I think better than the taste. Prices are decent.

We actually chose Thyme Matters after reading about it in the AAA Texas guidebook. It is quite far from the downtown area, but is located in a nice, strip mall. The restaurant environment was very comfortable and our meal was a nice respite from a...More

Description
Thyme Matters emerged from a mixture of tradition and modernity in cuisine and the belief that El Pasoans are looking for – and deserve – more from a dining experience. What started as a catering business and a four table restaurant in 2004 is now a full service restaurant/bar that seats 140. Owner and Chef Alejandra Chávez alongside her husband and also proprietor Iván Torres envisioned a place where friends, families and business professionals could celebrate life’s victories, or just unwind at the end of a busy day. The international cuisine and polished casual environment at Thyme Matters offers the best ingredients, a passion for flavor, dependable service and attention to detail. A carefully selected wine menu and hand muddled cocktails complement a warm and inviting atmosphere. Located in El Paso’s West Side, Thyme Matters is the ideal setting for any occasion.Thyme Matters also has an outdoor patio with a spectacular view of the Franklin Mountains. In addition, we have a fully-equipped private media/dining room which is the perfect place to host a presentation or a private party.
